Dr. Eric Nazarenko, DC
Dr. Eric Nazarenko is the owner and lead doctor at Old Mill Chiropractic. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University in New York and Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. Before opening Old Mill Chiropractic, Dr. Eric was the Clinic Director at HealthSource in Orangeburg, SC and the Senior Associate doctor at a busy family practice in Chapin, SC. Dr. Eric is a family chiropractor currently working on a Diplomate in Pediatric Chiropractic. Dr. Eric practices diversified technique, which stems from his core belief that health care should be individualized and patient-centered. He adjusts extremities as well as the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine.
Dr. Eric received his board certification in physiotherapy by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. His knowledge in rehabilitation helps patients affected by injury, illness or disability through exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. This specialty helps patients manage pain and be proactive about their health.
Dr. Eric is very interested in sports and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. He is the official chiropractor of the Allen University Yellow Jackets Men's Basketball team. He is also the official chiropractor of the Columbia Crusaders, a semi-professional basketball team in the Midlands.
Dedicated to family wellness, Dr. Eric provides holistic care to all generations. He is Webster-certified and regularly treats patients who are pregnant or recently gave birth. He was selected to become a 100-Year Lifestyle Affiliate in 2015, making Old Mill Chiropractic the only 100-Year Lifestyle office in the Midlands. He wants all his patients to age with vitality and wellness, and encourages healthy eating, fitness, and clean living.
Dr. Eric is the proud father of two sons. When he is not working, he can be found at home with his family, playing with his boys and three dogs.
Ms. Nikki Mack, LMT
Nikki joined the Old Mill Chiropractic team in January 2016, after graduating Southeastern Institute for Massage Therapy. Prior to a career in massage, Nikki served in the United States Marine Corps. She is a native of Sacramento, California, but has called South Carolina home since 2009.

Dr. Andrea Nazarenko, PhD
Dr. Andrea Nazarenko is the Office Manager at Old Mill Chiropractic. She has her PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology, with a concentration in quantitative methods, from University of South Carolina, as well as a Masters Degree in Psychology in Education (Columbia University, NY), Clinical-Community Psychology (USC), and Applied Statistics (USC). In addition to working in the office, Dr. Andrea works as a research psychologist with the Obesity Research Team and Social Development Research Group at the University of South Carolina. She also works as a community psychologist/program evaluator providing consultation services to multiple governmental and educational organizations. Dr. Andrea is interested in expanding research on pediatric chiropractic and is currently the bio-statistical consultant for the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association.
